1. How do I register for a program?
To register, follow the steps below.
- First time registering? Create a family account. Enter the basic information and select your Communication Preferences.
Returning? Login to your family account. - Create a Participant Profile for your child (or you, if you are the one participating!).
- Select the program(s) you want to register for and click the REGISTER button to add them to your cart.
- When you are ready, navigate to your Shopping Cart. Review the registration and billing details. Review and agree to any applicable policies. Note: The policy must be completed (denoted by a bold checkmark) in order to proceed.
- If installments are a payment option - decide to "Pay in Full" or "Pay by Installments". Then complete the registration.
- You will receive a copy of your registration receipt by email.
- Send payment by the due date.
You can login to your family account to review your current and past registrations at any time. You can also navigate to My Account to view any outstanding or upcoming payments.
2. What age group should I register my child for?
We group most of our programs by age (which is shown in the program name). Ages are determined by their age as of December 31 of the year the season begins. For example, ages for the 2022-2023 season are as of December 31, 2022.
2. What is the "Gymnastics Ontario Registration Fee"?
Kids Supergym Aurora is a member club of Gymnastics Ontario, the sport's provincial governing body. As part of this membership, all of our participants must register with Gymnastics Ontario. This membership covers the costs of developing provincial programming as well as insurance coverage. The fee is effective from July 1 to June 30th of the following year. All participants must renew this registration for each season they are active in gymnastics. More information about Gymnastics Ontario is available here: https://www.gymnasticsontario.ca.
3. Do I get a make-up class if my child is absent?
| Recreational Fall to Spring Programs: | Yes! We offer one make-up class for every two months you are registered for, up to 5 make-up classes for any absence. Please call, email or visit the office once you have missed the class to schedule a make-up. |

There will be no make-ups granted for missed classes. |
| Recreational & Competitive Summer Programs: | Unfortunately, there are no make-ups, refunds or credits for missed summer programs. |
| Camps (including PA Day, Winter Break, March Break and Summer): | Unfortunately, there are no make-ups, refunds or credits for missed camps. |
4. What are my payment options?
Cash
To pay by cash, please stop by the office before the start of your first class.
E-transfer
To pay by e-transfer, send payment to kidssupergymaurora@gmail.com. Please include your registration receipt number (invoice #) in the memo. If you have chosen to pay by installments, all e-transfer must be received before the 1st of each month. Late payments are subject to a late fee.
Credit Card
Parents can select the "Confirm & Pay by Credit Card".
Your registration will be confirmed once payment has been received. You can view the payment status of an invoice at anytime by logging into your account and navigating to My Account >> Invoices.
5. What should my child wear to class?
Participants should wear something that is comfortable and not too loose; for example, t-shirt and shorts or leggings. Athletes will be barefoot when in the gym.
We also sell new body suits. Come visit us to see our colourful selection!
6. How do I access tax receipts?
Parents/guardians can access their participant's tax receipts from the parent portal.
- Login to your parent portal account.
- Navigate to My Account.
- Click on Tax Receipts. Find the year you need and click View. You will see a breakdown of all registrations and their amounts.

7. How do I access my child's progress reports?
At Kids Supergym Aurora, we utilize achievement programs to track athlete progress. Please see the attached help document for more instructions on how to view your child's progress reports.

8. How do I cancel my child's recreational program registration?
We would love for you to remain enrolled in the program for the entire session; however, we realize this may not always be possible. For this reason, our recreational September to June programs have a cancellation policy. Please refer to the KSG Policies attached to your program registration or contact us for more information.
Competitive families should refer to their cancellation policy for more information.
Please note that there are no cancellations for camps or summer evening programs.
