Bring A Friend Registration

We’re excited to announce that Bring a Friend Week is coming back to KSG Aurora!

From May 20 to 25, registered athletes have been invited to bring one friend to their regularly scheduled class to share in the fun, learning, and energy of our program. 
Here’s what you need to know:

• The parking lot may be busy! Please consider carpooling with your friend. More parking available at the side and back of the building. 
• No special uniform is needed—just comfortable clothes and a willingness to have fun! bare feet are best in the gym. 
• Please have hair tied up if it is long
• Bring a water bottle for a quick water break
